Have a Good Drawing Setup
This may seem like an obvious one, but it's worth mentioning. Having a good drawing setup will make the drawing process much more enjoyable.
Make sure you have a comfortable chair, a well-lit area, and enough space to move around.
If you're using pencil and paper, invest in some good quality materials. Some of my personal favorites are Strathmore 400 Series sketchbooks and Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. But use whatever you're most comfortable with.
Additionally, it's always a good idea to warm up before you start drawing. This doesn't have to be anything complicated. Just do some quick sketches of simple shapes or objects. This will help get your creative juices flowing.

7. Draw Scooby Doo
Scooby Doo is a lovable dog who helps his friends, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Velma solve mysteries. Scooby is known for his cowardly nature, but he is always brave when it counts. I was the biggest Scooby Doo fan as a kid. For that reason, I'll always have a soft spot for this character.
8. Draw Pluto
Pluto is a cartoon character who has appeared in various Disney films and shorts since his debut in 1930. He is Mickey Mouse's pet dog and is known for his lovable, mutt-like personality. I'm loving this Pluto drawing. Even beginners can have fun drawing this silly and loveable Disney character.
Practice Different Shading Techniques
One of the most important things to learn in the drawing is how to create the illusion of depth and volume.
This is done by using various shading techniques. Experiment with different pencil strokes and see what effects you can create.
Another important aspect of drawing is perspective. This is the ability to create the illusion of three-dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surface. Practice drawing objects from different angles and perspectives.
The best way to improve your skills is to practice regularly. Set aside time each day to draw, even if it's just for 20 minutes. Soon you'll see your skills begin to improve rapidly.
9. Draw a Cat
Cats are so fun to draw. If you're looking for an easy cat drawing, I think you'll love this reference.

12. Draw a Nervous Kid
Have fun recreating this sketch of a nervous kid with braces. If you're an illustrator, this would make a great illustration.
Get Good at Drawing Simple Objects
One of the best ways to learn how to draw is by starting with simple, basic objects. Try drawing a sphere or a cube, or practice creating outlines of other simple shapes.
Once you have mastered these skills, move on to more complex objects like flowers or animals.
In addition to practicing your drawing skills, it also helps to study the work of other artists. Look at different styles and techniques, and see which ones inspire you most. You can even try recreating their drawings as practice.
As you continue to improve your skills, don't be afraid to experiment and take risks. Drawing allows you to explore your creativity and develop new ideas. So embrace this process and enjoy the journey of becoming an excellent artist.

16. Draw The Genie from Aladdin
Who doesn't love the genie from the movie Aladdin? I must say, my favorite version of the genie is voiced by Robin Williams.
Do Quick Sketches Daily
One of the best ways to improve your drawing skills is to do quick sketches every day. It doesn't matter what you draw, as long as you're practicing your skills.
You can try doing a different sketch each day, or you can focus on perfecting one specific type of drawing. For example, you could practice drawing portraits, landscapes, or still lifes.
